DuePilot was built because chasing invoices is the worst part of running a business. We're building AI that handles the awkward conversations so you can focus on the work that matters.

DuePilot was founded in early 2026 by a team that had spent years watching small businesses struggle with accounts receivable while enterprise companies deployed sophisticated AR automation that cost $10,000+ per year and took months to implement.
The tools available to small businesses were either manual spreadsheets or basic "send a reminder email" features buried inside accounting software. Nobody was applying the same intelligence that Fortune 500 AR departments had — behavioral scoring, AI-written outreach, reply classification — to the 33 million small businesses in the US.
So we built it. Starting from first principles: what would an AR automation product look like if it was designed for a 10-person consulting firm instead of a Fortune 500 company? Fast to set up, priced per business not per invoice recovered, and smart enough to know when to pause before making a dispute worse.
We launched in closed beta in February 2026 with 25 businesses and shipped to general availability on March 1. In our first 60 days, customers recovered $4.2M in overdue receivables — money that was sitting in aging reports, waiting for someone to have the time to chase it.
Three values that guide every product decision we make.
💰
Every feature we build must pay for itself. We measure success in dollars recovered per dollar of subscription fee — and we publish those numbers. If a feature doesn't improve collection rates, we cut it.
⚖️
FDCPA awareness isn't an afterthought — it's baked into how sequences work. Auto-pausing on disputes, respecting cease-and-desist signals, and staying out of legally gray territory are non-negotiable defaults.
⚡
You should get value in under 10 minutes. Connect QuickBooks, pick a sequence, go. No 6-week implementation, no consultant required, no enterprise contract to negotiate. If it takes more than 10 minutes, that's our bug.
Remote-first, fast-moving, small. If you care about building software that helps real businesses get paid, we'd love to talk.
